How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3-7 business days. International shipping times may vary.

Do you offer warranties on your eyewear?
No. All frames are sold as-is. We do not offer warranties on our eyewear or jewelry.

What is your return and exchange policy?
Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for exchanges only. Returned Items must in their original, undamaged condition. We cannot accept returns of items that are damages or show signs of wear and tear.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
